It was fairly clean inside. The room was very excellent, exceptionally comfortable bed. The workers were superbly friendly. The hotel was in a central location right next to a tram stop.

Some of the staff were not so helpful.

Had 1 night in Bilston, spent our time here lovely. Had beautifully decorated room with a sofa, coffee, for example, and protected with smoke detectors. The bar was great. The hotel met what was needed.

The rooms are functional and new-fashioned with mineral water, coffee, new furniture. The decoration is nice.

The staff were exceptionally nice day and night. The grand deluxe room with a sofa had basic facilities you need. We greatly enjoyed a living room, a nice, separate living area, and a sofa set. The provided service was excellent.

Everything was really good and truly enjoyed my stay there. My deluxe double room was brand-new & extremely pleasant. A bath in the great-sized bathroom was super awesome. The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The venue was set in the central position right by city hall and bilston bus/tram stations, the leisure centre over the road and the Indian restaurant.

No complains at all, overall well-kept place.

Location: perfect, just next door to the tram station & the Robin 2 gig venue as well as friendly shops and keepers. Plus, 10 minutes drive from Holy Trinity Church.

The accommodation had a central location very close to center of Bilston.

Choose deluxe queen room with all toiletries. Everywhere there was clean. Magnificent central location close to the Robin music venue and the local Weatherspoons pub which does a great breakfast for a good price. The staff were both attentive and thoughtful.

The bed was very uncomfortable, unfortunately.

The location of this place is absolutely mind-blowing! It's so close to the tram station and the Robin 2 gig venue, making it super convenient. The front desk service is unbelievably friendly and made me feel so welcome. The room was really comfy with plenty of storage and hangers in the wardrobe. Plus, there was an extra duvet for those chilly nights. The towels were a perfect size and so soft, and the TV was a good size too. I was pleasantly surprised to find tea and coffee making facilities in the room, as well as an excellent supply of chocolates and biscuits - perfect for a late-night snack after the gig. I didn't need to use the communal kitchen area, but it looked amazing with enough fridge space. this place exceeded all my expectations and I had the most amazing stay!

The location was great and I could use free parking nearby. The place was a 4-6 minute walk from Bilston downtown.

Great central location off the main high street, close to transport connections and free parking. Quiet area for a central location. Comfortable and well-appointed rooms. Friendly and helpful receptionist. Well situated for town.

Truly enjoyed the way our grand deluxe room with a sofa was. This accommodation was in the secluded location very close to center of Bilston. And we were short walk to a restricted bus station, the leisure centre over the road and Wolverhampton for football match.

I had excellent stay, the place is charming small!
